The problem

Countless times, we’ve joined forces to build something great—a relationship, a team, a project, a company. It was supposed to be extraordinary! And yet, it turned out to be business as usual.

But why?

1. Hope

In the beginning, there was an idea—some had a great vision. People joined, and action ensued. Strategy and hope emerged. There was trust and confidence, commitment and enthusiasm—divine emotions! Naturally, everyone had great expectations.

2. Everyday Reality

But soon, cracks began to appear. Secrets emerged, gossip spread, feelings were hurt, trust was broken, and promises were unfulfilled.

3. Conflict

The atmosphere turned tense. Problems surfaced and escalated. A subtle conflict brewed, eventually erupting into open confrontation.

4. Damage

How did it end? Who emerged victorious? Who suffered defeat? Did someone walk away? Regardless, damage was done.

5. The Price of Compromise

Even in compromise, a bitter taste lingered. Confidence, enthusiasm, and trust evaporated.

6. The Essence of Illusion

But everyone had good intentions… It was supposed to be great. And yet, the outcome was “business as usual” or worse.

7. Wrong Questions

Why do things go wrong? Does it have to be this way? How can Murphy’s Law be circumvented? There must be a way!

8. Another Cycle Begins

So, you keep trying to build another project or relationship, hoping that one day you will finally succeed and break free.

But from what? You don’t know.

Yet, you must keep going. But why, and where are you going?

You don’t know. 

9. Dare the impossible!

Overcoming this cage is both a test and a challenge for all those destined to become the new cosmic human race. It’s all laid out in the Bible. They can’t do it—only we can!
